There is an abundance of information and resources to support first-generation students engage in their advanced degree journey. However, the accessibility is often difficult and overwhelming. The challenges additionally posed by the hidden curriculum often deters students from beginning the process.

How it's done:
Individual coaching with first-generation students who are ready to learn and engage in their advanced degree journey.
Collaborating with and supporting the efforts of institutions of higher education and first-gen focused organizations who honor the intersecting identities of first-gen students.
